As the treatment coordinator, I present patients and their parents with the orthodontic treatment plan that Dr. Helms has prepared. I enjoy getting to know our new patients. I try to make them feel comfortable by explaining everything that will be taking place during their time in treatment.  Our staff is made up of warm and friendly people. We strive to make everyone's experience enjoyable and pleasant.  When I am not at the office, I enjoy riding motorcycles with my husband and friends, playing with my dogs, and reading. 

Erica

I'm an assistant at our office as well as the inventory coordinator. I love working to make our patients happy with their smiles. My favorite part of the job is meeting new patients and getting to know them and their interests. I also enjoy working with our great staff. They are all wonderful, caring and fun people.  Outside the office, I like baking, decorating and spending time outdoors.

I'm the scheduling coordinator for Dr. Helms, and I love what I do.  Dr. Helms is great to work for because she is committed to providing both patients and parents excellent care, and it shows. She expects the highest standard of quality from her employees as well as herself, which translates to the best possible care for each patient.  In my spare time I love working out, watching sports and shopping.

I do a lot of different jobs around the office.  I'm an orthodontic assistant  and the clinical coordinator.  That means I assist  Dr. Helms wherever she needs me, from taking X-rays to patient letters. I do it all. I love being a part of all aspects of our patient's care. Each person who walks in our door is really special to us, and we want their experience to be a great one.

Dawn

As the lab technician, my job involves working with my hands to create appliances that will help enhance the patient's treatment. I have a lot of fun with what I do, and enjoy making appliances of many different colors.  Dr. Helms is great to work for, as she is very encouraging, patient and understanding. When I'm not in the office, I am hanging out with my puppy Cocoa or outside camping, hiking or swimming.

Shelli

I'm a lab technician, and I truly love my job. Our patients are the best, and our staff is lucky to serve them. We spend a good part of each day laughing with each other. Besides offering quality orthodontics, new technology and comfortable treatment, it is just a lot of fun to be here. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, drag racing, outdoor activities, and scrapbooking.

Teah

I wear many hats around the office, my duties range from orthodontic assistant to insurance coordinator. My overall goal is always the same: to give patients a warm and positive experience. I love interacting with our patients, whether it is showing them what their appliance is going to do for them, or how to take care of their teeth. The favorite part of my job is putting braces on our patients, because they are usually excited to get started.  In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my sons, going to the movies, travel, swimming, and date nights with my husband.

 Dani

I am an expanded dental assistant.  My jobs around the office are to assist Dr. Helms, take x-rays, and help the team.  My main goal as an assistant is to make sure our patients have a comfortable and stress free experience.  I love working for Dr. Helms.  She is a great orthodontist, boss, and friend.   Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my fiancee, Mitch, and our dogs, Memphis and Maverick.  I love to fish, be outdoors, and spend time with friends and family.

Carolyn

I'm the business manager; and I love doing everything I can to ensure a great experience for our family of patients. Our staff are really great people to work with, and they always make great connections with everyone who visits us. From patients to families, we want to make sure everyone is taken care of.  In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and our three grown daughters.

I'm an orthodontic assistant and the diagnostic records coordinator. My patients and coworkers make my job awesome.  We really are like a mini community, and we treat our patients with respect and care.  They are great people to serve, and it's great to get to know them.  I enjoy traveling with my husband and kids.
