Bridgette
I am the clinical coordinator. My position is responsible for overseeing the schedule’s flow and assisting Dr. Helms as needed. I also manage the preparation and processing of the clinic’s inventory. I love working with this awesome team and seeing your treatment from start to finish! Outside the office, I love spending time with family and friends. My husband and I have two kids and a dog. We love being outside, going on golf cart rides, and watching movies.
Tracey
I started working for Dr. Helms in 2013 as the scheduling coordinator and then became Office Manager in 2016. I fully enjoy overseeing the daily responsibilities of the practice as well as being one of the first people you meet when you come into our office. Our number one goal is patient satisfaction. I love working with people and developing relationships with our patients and their families. I am excited to work with an amazing group of girls who look forward to serving our patients with utmost respect and concern for all their orthodontic treatments. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. We have been blessed with a beautiful granddaughter, Ava. I love to serve others and enjoy each new day!
Shelli
I’m the lab technician at Dr. Helms office, a lot of my work is done behind the scenes. I truly love my job. I make your appliances like expanders and retainers to custom fit your mouth. Our team members enjoy coming to work every day. Besides offering quality orthodontics, new technology and comfortable treatment, it is just a lot of fun to be here. I am a proud Nonnie to four grandchildren who are true blessings. In my spare time I enjoy running, camping, and spending time with my friends, family and my husband Marty.
Carma
I am an orthodontic assistant. I have worked for Dr. Helms since 2014 but have been in the dental field for over 33 years. I love getting to know all of our patients and seeing the positive results in each smile. Outside of the office, I enjoy being outdoors, shopping and spending time with my four grandsons, family and friends.
Melissa
I handle a range of duties, from insurance to patient accounts. I focus on making the experience for our patients and their family members as convenient and stress-free as possible. My goal here at the office is to work behind-the-scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly for Dr. Helms, our team, and our patients on a daily basis. I assist with front office duties, so I may be checking you out or answering your phone calls from time to time. My biggest joy is spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephew.
Jenny
I am an orthodontic assistant and the records coordinator. I have worked for Dr. Helms since 2002. I enjoy working with all the girls on staff as they are my second family. Dr. Helms is an awesome Orthodontist and boss! It is wonderful to work with such great patients and families in our practice. Outside of the office, I enjoy camping with friends and vacationing with my husband Shawn and children, Bryce, Baley, Brandon and granddaughter, Chevelle.
Julie
I am a certified dental assistant and I started working with Dr. Helms in 2020. I assist Dr. Helms in the clinic at your regular orthodontic visits, and I enjoy helping her make each and every smile more beautiful! Outside my work environment I enjoy spending my time outdoors, with my friends and family. I also enjoy playing with my dog, Ollie.
Audrey
I have worked for Dr. Helms since 2018. You will see me at the front desk when you come for your appointments. My job duties include checking patients in and out, answering phones, and assisting our patients and families as needed. I enjoy coming to work each and everyday. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, Whitlee, my friends and my family.

I am an assistant in the clinic. I enjoy working on our patients and to seeing the final results. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends.
Lacie
I am a certified dental assistant with my coronal polish and Radiology license. I have been assisting for 5 years. I am so excited to be apart of the team here at Lana Helms office. I work alongside Shelli in the lab and we both keep very busy making all your retainers and any appliance you may need. I am recently engaged to my amazing fiancé Matthew. We share the joy of raising my amazing children Shaylyn and Tycen. In our free time, we are likely to be found out by a field or gym supporting our two athletes. I enjoy coffee, going to the beach and spending all my time with my friends and family.
Pearl
I started working for Dr. Helms in 2024. You will see me at the front desk when you arrive for your appointments. I enjoy walking through this journey with each and every patient! I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications in 2023. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, singing, and baking.

I am a certified dental assistant., as I graduated from Dental Assisting of Indianaoplis. I love getting to know all the patients and help make each and every smile more beautiful. Outside my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my son Dre, my niece Remi, and nephew Cooper. I also enjoy spending time with my friends.
Willow
I am a certified dental assistant. I started working for Dr. Helms in July 2024. I enjoy working side by side with all the girls. There is no place I would rather work than here with Dr. Helms, Dr. Roberts and the girls! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 2-year-old Labrador and my fiancée.

I love being an orthodontic assistant. I have been in the orthodontic field for over forty years. When I am not working, I enjoy baking, cooking and doing art with my 4 grandkids. My husband and I like to garden and take country walks.
