Bridgette
I have been a part of our orthodontic team since 2016 and currently serve as the Clinical Coordinator. In my role, I help oversee daily clinical operations, manage inventory and assist our orthodontists in providing excellent care. I enjoy helping our office run smoothly and creating a positive experience for every patient who visits us. Outside of the office. I enjoy sending time with my husband, our two children and our dog. Being part of a team that helps patients gain confidence in their smiles is one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and I look forward to welcoming you to our office.
Tracey
I started working for Dr. Helms in 2013 as the scheduling coordinator and then became Office Manager in 2016. I fully enjoy overseeing the daily responsibilities of the practice as well as being one of the first people you meet when you come into our office. Our mission is to strive for excellence and total commitment in the care of our patients, parents and each other, and I love developing relationships with those I come into contact with each day. I am excited to serve alongside of my co-workers who look forward to serving our patients with utmost respect and concern for all their orthodontic needs. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, children and our four beautiful grandkids, who truly are my greatest blessings.

I am the digital coordinator at Dr. Helms office. I have worked for her since 1997. I am a proud Nonnie to five grandchildren, who are true blessings. In my spare time, I enjoy running, camping, and spending time with my family and friends.
Carma
I am an orthodontic assistant. I have worked for Dr. Helms since 2014 but have been in the dental field for over 33 years. I love getting to know all of our patients and seeing the positive results in each smile. Outside of the office, I enjoy being outdoors, shopping and spending time with my four grandsons, family and friends.
Melissa
I handle a range of duties, from insurance to patient accounts. I focus on making the experience for our patients and their family members as convenient and stress-free as possible. My goal here at the office is to work behind-the-scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly for Dr. Helms, our team, and our patients on a daily basis. I assist with front office duties, so I may be checking you out or answering your phone calls from time to time. I love to bake sweet treats and travel, but my biggest joy is spending time with family.
Jenny
I am an orthodontic assistant and one of the treatment coordinators. I have worked for Dr. Helms since 2002. I enjoy working with all the girls on staff as they are my second family. Dr. Helms is an awesome Orthodontist and boss! It is wonderful to work with such great patients and families in our practice. Outside of the office, I enjoy camping with friends and vacationing with my husband Shawn and children, Bryce, Baley, Brandon and granddaughters, Chevelle and Camryn.
Julie
I am a certified dental assistant and I started working with Dr. Helms in 2020. I assist Dr. Helms in the clinic at your regular orthodontic visits, and I enjoy helping her make each and every smile more beautiful! Outside my work environment I enjoy spending my time outdoors, with my friends and family. I also enjoy playing with my dog, Ollie.
Audrey
I have worked for Dr. Helms since 2018. I work behind the scenes as a digital coordinator. I help make retainers and help make the workflow in the lab as easy as possible. I love my job, co-workers and all our patients. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, Whitlee and our families. We enjoy camping and being outdoors.
Taylor
I started working for Dr. Helms in 2022. You may see me in the clinic or in the treatment consultation room. My favorite part about working in orthodontics is how unique each smile is. When I am not working, I enjoy golfing and taking my dog, Odie, on walks.
Pearl
I started working for Dr. Helms in 2024. You will see me at the front desk when you arrive for your appointments. I enjoy walking through this journey with each and every patient! I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications in 2023. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, singing, and baking.
Payton
I am a certified dental assistant and a proud graduate of Dental Assisting of Indianapolis. I love getting to know our patients and helping make every smile more beautiful. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with family, especially my son, Dre, my niece Remi, and my nephew Cooper. I also enjoy spending time with my closest friends.
Willow
I am a certified dental assistant. You will see me in the clinic assisting the doctors. I love getting to watch patients grow and get their perfect smile. Outside of work, I like to spend time with my fiancé, my dog and my nieces and nephews.
Lori
I love being an orthodontic assistant. I have been in the orthodontic field for over forty years. When I am not working, I enjoy baking, cooking and doing art with my 4 grandkids. My husband and I like to garden and take country walks.
Leah
I started working for Dr. Helms in 2025. I am one of the faces you will see at the front desk. I am responsible for balancing the schedule, verifying insurances and meeting our patient’s needs. I graduated from Vincennes University in 2008 with a degree in Massage Therapy. Outside of the office, I enjoy singing and making music with various people. I also enjoy hanging out with my husband and our two daughters. You will find me either cheering at a dance competition or marching band.

I am a certified dental and coronal polishing assistant and have my associates in science. I am one of the faces you will see when you come for a consult, or you may find me in the clinic. Experiencing how orthodontics changes our patient’s confidence and life, as well as getting to know all patients is what makes this job so special! I am so blessed to be a part of the team here at Dr. Helms office. The culture here makes coming to work enjoyable! Outside the office I love spending time with my husband and our four kids.
